• Presenting Sponsor Recognition on All Media Releases/ Promotion/Advertising, Print, Television & Radio
• Company Logo/Name on event flyer to be distributed to thousands of Windward Residents*
• Company Logo/Name on all literature distributed and displayed at the block party
• Reception signage at event in addition to booth signage (limit 6, sponsor to provide signage)
• Sponsor Recognition from stage
• Sponsorship includes one booth in a choice location
• Company Brochure/Promotional Materials at Reception Area

PLUMERIA Sponsor – $10,000

• Company Name on all literature distributed and displayed at the block party

BIRD OF PARADISE Sponsor – $5,000

• Company logo and link on Cool Kailua Nights website
• Company Name on event flyer to be distributed to thousands of Windward Residents*
• Sponsorship includes one booth in a choice location
• Rentals to be included in price: tent, tables, chairs, electricity, etc.

*In order for sponsor’s company logo/name to appear on event fliers/posters, media outreach, sponsorship commitment & logo must be received no later than July 1, 2012.

All sponsors required to donate minimum one auction item valued at $150+ for the silent auction
